All construction is subject to these two regulations.
In addition, and according to the attached plan, the plot includes a large forest zone. The area where a chalet could be built is marked in purple on the plan.
Here are some of the rules of the two building regulations:
The zone is intended for individual or collective housing, commerce and handicrafts.
The minimum distance between facades and neighboring property lines is 8 m.
The minimum surface area of building plots is 1,000 m2, with one residential building per plot or fraction of a plot of at least 1,000 m2.
The ratio between the buildable area and the surface area of the plot shall not exceed 1/8.
