Interesting building plot, GBB no. 1527, with a total area of 9384 m², in a prime location in Grindelwald;

• 5292 m² are located in the building zone (residential zone 2)
• 4092 m² are located in the agricultural zone (other municipal area)

The property is the former Biel holiday home. The holiday home has been out of operation for several years and is essentially a demolition site.

The current owner intends to sell the entire plot. Although a building project has already been approved, it has not been implemented. This means that a new project needs to be developed or approved. A division of the property can be considered at a later date. 

There are various options for a change of use:

• Construction of primary residences (residence in Grindelwald required)
• Construction of serviced apartments 
• Construction of zone-compliant buildings (wellness resorts, rehabilitation center, etc.)

Access

Together with the municipality of Grindelwald, we are currently evaluating options to optimize the development of the area. A right of way exists for the plot.

Location

The Enziboden district, which is situated in an elevated position above the valley and surrounded by woods and meadows, presents an exceptional mountain backdrop. Beautifully situated in the countryside, very quiet and sunny residential area. The bus stop and a store are just a short walk from the building plot.
