The hamlet of Seng (1,798 meters above sea level) is a beautifully situated hamlet in the upper Saas Valley, in the immediate vicinity of the world-famous spa and resort town of Saas-Fee. It is accessible in spring, summer, and fall via a paved access road (a 5-minute drive from Saas-Fee). A well-maintained hiking trail, which is also open in winter, leads to the Fletschhorn forest hotel in about 15 minutes and to the center of Saas-Fee in another 30 minutes.
The apartment features 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a spacious kitchen/dining area. Electricity and water connections are available, and the apartment is heated by a wood-burning stove. In front of the entrance is a terrace with a stunning view. There is also an unfinished attic above the apartment that provides additional space.
Additionally, the apartment includes an unfinished barn as an outbuilding, offering ample storage space.
