The studio is equipped with a very clever double wardrobe bed that folds down easily; the kitchen equipped with two induction hobs, a combined oven with microwave, a fridge, a dishwasher and a coffee machine, a dining area, a sofa to enjoy the TV, and the new bathroom with walk-in shower, sink and toilet.

In addition, the studio has a balcony facing North East and wifi.

Regarding parking, there is no defined parking space for the studio but you will receive a vignette which will allow you, depending on availability, to park for free in front of the building.
